Can I update my order?Updated a year ago
As long as the order is still processing and hasn't begun being picked and packed, we can assist in updating /cancelling your order. To submit an order update/cancel request, please reach out to us through chat (business hours are Mon-Fri 9-3pm PST) or through our service email address [email protected] (business hours are Mon-Fri 9-5pm PST). However, please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate any changes once the order is placed. If your order has already begun being picked and packed, is labeled or already in transit, it is unfortunately out of our hands, and we will no longer be able to update it or cancel it.
