BLACK FRIDAY DELAYS

 There will be a 2-business day fulfillment extension for the Black Friday/Cyber Monday rush from November 28 through December 5, 2024, excluding expedited orders. 

• All delivery times are estimates, as sometimes unexpected carrier delays can occur without warning. Due to this, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery by any particular date. Once a package has left our facilities for the carrier to process, we are unable to intercept the package to expedite delivery or redirect it to a new address.

• All orders placed from our US/Canada website will be shipped from our warehouses in the US.

• All orders placed from our EU & Global and UK websites will be shipped from our warehouse in Denmark (EUROPE).

Standard shipping service

Continental US order: Expected delivery times are 4-7 days. However, (even though we are roasting day and night), due to numerous orders and delays in the postal service, an extended shipping and delivery time of about 1-2 weeks must be expected using this service, for some packages.

Non-Continental US order: Please see below info on international orders, as shipping times are approximately the same. 

 International order (to be shipped outside the US): Due to the shipment traveling farther distances and to delays in the postal service, an extended shipping and delivery time of about 7-30 days must be expected.

Expedited shipping service

US order: Expected delivery times are 2-4 days.

EU & Global website:
