How can I update the payment method for my next order?Updated 2 years ago

Once logged into your account, you may follow the steps below :)

1- Click on "Subscriptions", and locate the subscription you wish to update.
2- Click on "Edit" (the following screenshots are an example subscription):

3-Then, you can choose the section you would like to manage. 

If you are accessing your subscription through mobile, you can find the "Payment Options" section on the drop-down menu by clicking on the "Subscriptions" button, right at the top:

Or, you can find this option on the top-right of the page, if using a PC or Laptop:

4- After this, you can either add a new payment method and/or delete/edit an existing one :)​​

PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend making these updates a few days before the next charge date is due, so that the system can apply them in time for your upcoming shipment.
